No. Minyut is grounded entirely in your uploaded documents. If the answer isn't in your files, the bot explicitly says "I don't know" rather than guessing or fabricating a response. This is the core design principle — no hallucinations.
Currently PDF, plain text (.txt), and Markdown (.md) files up to 5MB each are supported. Word document support is planned. URL scraping is not currently available — all content must be uploaded as a file.
Yes. Documents are stored in private, account-scoped Supabase buckets in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai). Your data is never used for training any AI model. API keys (for BYOK) are encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
