Sandhyaneed is a Jaipur-based old age home providing compassionate residential care for the elderly. As an NGO operating on trust and community support, their digital presence needed to communicate warmth, credibility, and ease of contact for families seeking care for their loved ones.
They had a Google Maps listing and a WordPress website — but the WordPress site was slow, outdated, and did little to build trust with families making an emotionally difficult decision. Inquiries still depended largely on word of mouth.
Sandhyaneed had a Google Maps listing and a WordPress site — enough to be found, but not enough to convert. The old site was slow, visually dated, and did nothing to reassure families at the most emotionally charged moment of their search.
Families landing on the site had no way to evaluate the care quality, understand the facilities, or feel confident enough to call. The design challenge was delicate: the site needed to feel warm and trustworthy, not clinical or transactional — or they'd leave within seconds.
